We're mighty proud of our newest charcoal grill, the only production model that comes
fully assembled and offering all the features:
- 23x36" cooking surface (828
sq inches)
- adjustable front air baffle for easy controlled burn,
easily adjustable 3 position charcoal grate,
- 12" x 23" side work shelves
- fully welded stainless steel undershelf,
- front lift up cooking grates with hold open position (pictured for easy loading and
adjusting of charcoal)
- no assembly required, large capacity ash drawer mounted on our customary 16"
wirewheels and casters.
This unit will last 20-30 years, while producing high quality results. Excellent for
charbroiling, slow cooking or smoking. |

photo above, we show you how the cooking grates hold themselves open so you can easily

The grates
can be lifted individually, so you can keep one section of the grill hotter for better
cooking control. Built in and cabinet style charcaol grills in all stainless steel
construction are also available, just ask!

Erin,
I have just finished my outdoor BBQ island with the Iron Works
36" charcoal built in grill. I have only cooked 5-6 meals so far
but the grill works great. I cooked a prime rib for Christmas and it
turned out perfect. The quality of the grill is what has impressed me
the most. Some of the other grills I looked at were flimsy in
comparison. Check out the pictures of my new island and thanks for a
