Your Top Grill grill begins as a gleam on a truckload of   top quality stainless steel sheeting, which arrives regularly at The Iron Works. We use a million pounds of stainless steel every year!

The perferated undershelves are created on computerized punching machines. Archie Coleman (right) shows a screen that will be used on outdoor prep tables and for the fish and vegetable screents.

Jul16_07.jpg (15088 bytes) Chris Faaborg loads one of the machines with 3/16" stainless steel. The machine can complete  4500 inches of straight line punching per minute.
The sheet steel is cut into precise panels that are used to construct your Top Grill. Alen Patkovick uses a press brake to bend and shape the stainless steel panels before they are welded. Jun20_04.jpg (13054 bytes)
