Your Top Grill grill begins as a gleam on a truckload of
top quality stainless steel sheeting, which arrives regularly at The Iron Works. We
use a million pounds of stainless steel every year! |
| The perferated undershelves are created on computerized punching machines.
Archie Coleman (right) shows a screen that will be used on outdoor prep tables and for the
fish and vegetable screents. |

|
 |
Chris Faaborg loads one of the machines with 3/16" stainless steel.
The machine can complete 4500 inches of straight line punching per minute. |
| The sheet steel is cut into precise panels that are used to construct your
Top Grill. Alen Patkovick uses a press brake to bend and shape the stainless steel panels
before they are welded. |
 |
|
Sasa Milievic polishes the stainless steel panels after they are formed
and ready for welding.. |
| James Craft continues the process. He takes charge of the panels after
they are formed, and polished. James precision welds them to form the enclosure of your
Top Grill |

 |
Sharif Alhisnauwi takes the precision welded and polished parts and
assembles them into the frame of a Top Grill. |
