Happy E-Mail

Hi !
I recently received my 36 inch Pedestal grill and it looks terrific! Unfortunately due to " Deck delays" I won't be able to set it up until June! ( I'm suffering already!)

The constuction guys working on the new house have all been asking me about your grills. They all stop in the garage to admire it- even had guys referred by those guys stop and ask to see it!!! Erin has been great to work with. Oh well, your product looks great and I can't wait to try it!

I'll let you know this summer.

Thanx

HI Paul!

Everything went very well. I ordered a patio set on Saturday afternoon and on Tuesday I received a call from Fed-Ex that they had the patio set and wanted to deliver it. It was delivered the next day. The table was smaller than advertised and when I called about it, they told me that there had been a mistake and they would order the longer table for me and have it shipped.

I then decided to keep the table that was sent since it was wider than the one they were going to send. I sent an email stating not to send the other table, that I had decided to keep this one. They responded via email, saying thanks and they were happy that I liked the furniture. I spoke with 2 customer service reps during this time also, and they were extremely helpful and courteous.

Paul-

Thanks for making our lives so much better for these past 2 years. We
love our grill and cook 2 times a week. It's become the center on
attention in our backyard and provides a consistent and reliable result
everytime.

It's like our third child.

Thanks,

Hi!

Great experience, but even more satisfying is how the grill performs. The high level of cooking temperature grills food to a new taste level. It was simple to install and any questions I had were answered promptly by Paul via email and phone. I would recommend this grill and company to anyone.

Everyone who has seen it and tasted the food is impressed. In fact my son invited a bunch of friends over the same night we installed it to have a food fest. Needless to say it really got broken in that night.

Thanks,
Bob Masiello

I had an extremely wonderful shopping experience with Gas grill Store. The owner, Paul answered all my questions personally. I placed the order on the 26 and four days later recd. shipment. A wonderful, honest online merchant. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Dear Paul,

After six months of planning and careful considerations, our outdoor kitchen is finally finished! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new topgrill. She's a beauty.

But the thing I'm most impressed about this grill is it's versatility. Man can this baby cook! From searing a platter of delicate filets to slow cooking a six pack of ribs on our rib rack everything turns out wonderful.

I know I must have called you a hundred times asking for advice and everytime you were there for me. I can't thank you enough.

It's comforting to know that some people really do stand behind their company.

sincerely,

 Paul,

Thanks for the lesson on great ribs. After our conversation yesterday, I went to Sam's club and bought 3 slabs of pork spare ribs. I put them on at 12:30 today and we were eating at 6P. They were some of the best ribs we've eaten anywhere. Everyone was impressed. My wife is a convert from baby backs. Still have a slab of baby backs in the freezer, so I'll try the 30 minute version on them soon.

Thanks again.

First of all, thank you for being so responsive. We were thrilled that a representative called us within a day! Working with an organization that understands the value of an existing customer is simply wonderful in this day and age.

Dear Paul,

First, I just want to say that the built in 36" grill I ordered from you in June of 2002 is the best money that I have ever spent. I have had many parties in my new outdoor kitchen and have received many complements on my grill and 60k side burner. Some very good friends of mine, Kevin and Annette Heath just ordered a grill and side burner just like mine from you
a month or so ago after attending several cookouts at my house. Thanks, for such high quality and affordable grills and accessories.

Thanks, Danny L. Benoit

P. S. when I complete the two sets of decks that will connect my outdoor
kitchen to the swimming pool, I will e-mail you some pictures if you want,
to display on your web site. I should be finished by the end of March if
it will ever stop raining long enough.

Paul,

This is an astonishingly great grill!

Have now cooked over 20 meals on it and it has continued to impress me with it's versatility. Last night I cooked a 4 lb. beef roast wrapped up in cheese cloth (to keep the paste next to the meat) using only indirect heat in two hours. Beautiful medium done through and through, taste was incredible, appearance was superb, a supplemental smoker on the direct heat portion imparted a wonderful mesquite smoke flavor. (Webber Grill Book recipe) The wife washed the cheese cloth and is ready for me to cook another roast!

In return for selling such a great product here is my favorite rub:

  • Dried Passila peppers - (can use Chipolta peppers for hotter smokier
    flavor)
  • dried Rosemary
  • dried Oregano
  • Kosher salt
  • granulated garlic

Ground up and then rubbed on 1/2 to 2 hours before grilling. If you use the Chipoltas use care - they can be a bit hot!

Again THANK YOU !

Paul,

Thanks for the Smoker Manual!

We finished the installation of our grill yesterday. Had to run all the natural gas plumbing, take out a section of fence and rent a backhoe / front end loader to get it up and over the railing of the deck - but it looks great. Since I couldn't wait, I fired it up last night and we enjoyed (no, really enjoyed!) our first Iron Works grilled burgers. Awesome.

Of course, Debbie said, "you'd probably have rented a crane and lifted the house off its foundation if that backhoe thing wouldn't have worked!" She's right!

Thanks again for all your help.

Dear Paul,

My wife purchased a 36-inch stainless steel gas grill for my 44th birthday. The craftsmanship and quality of your product are unsurpassed by anything I have ever seen. I never realized how much better food tastes when it is cooked on a high quality, well-engineered grill. The fish, steak and chicken were all an enormous hit at my birthday celebration and the guests were all as impressed as I was with the BBQ.

The only thing that even comes close to your outstanding grill and all its accessories is the A+ world-class service that my wife received. Now, I have a confession to make. I was a little skeptical about buying a grill, site unseen, over the Internet. We live in California where there are plenty of places to purchase good grills. Paul, if anyone ever wants a personal reference or guarantee of the supreme quality of your products or of your amazing grilling knowledge or top-notch customer service, please give them my name and phone number. You have restored my faith in e-commerce.

In a day and age when so many products are designed with planned obsolescence and quality is scarce, your grill is a refreshing surprise. I know we will have years of grilling pleasure thanks to you. You can be certain I will give your name to anyone who considers purchasing any grilling or BBQ products. Without a doubt, Iron Works gas grills are number one!

Paul/Erin-

Thanks for all your help. It appears the new burners will work just fine-- I'll let you know if I have problems.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the 'personal assistance'. I'm the head of sales and marketing for a small company in Boston, and I can tell you that your products, service and support are something to be envious of. It's truly beyond anything I've ever experienced.

My grill is around six years old and still as good as the day I bought it (believe me, it gets a lot  of use...). With these replacement parts, it'll be better than new... I have an annual roofdeck bash the beginning of June-- last year I went through close to 80 lbs. of steak and 4 kegs!!! The grill is always the centerpiece of the party (along with the kegs, of course)... I'll send pictures once I've cleaned it up.

(editor's note - Paul supplied John with all the instructions he needed to clean his Top Grill.)

Please-- if you ever need a 'reference account' in the Boston area, use my name. I'd be more than happy to sing your praises and even have the people over for a trial run.

Thanks again. I appreciate dealing with a company like yours.

Sincerely,

Dear Chris,

FYI the grill was delivered on time and in perfect condition. American Freightways does good work. The grill is beyond my wildest dreams! I love it! I can control the heat as well as I can on the gas range in the kitchen, and it's really put together. It is one bad boy, I'll tell you.

Dear Paul,

We've now had our new Queen Mary grill in use for about three months and I just want to say that as one who has barbecued year-round for the last twenty years, this grill raises barbecuing to a new level. I was already using a premium barbecue and before buying the Iron Works grill, I looked at a number of other so-called elite grills, but they don't compare.

First of all, when you fire up this grill, you see a harmony of fire curling up from the jets that lets you know you're in the big league of cooking appliances. Yet, with its deep pit and superbly crafted stainless steel body, you never have to fear grease fires , scorched metal or peeling paint. When you stand in fron of this grill you feel that you're a chef in a big steak house or out on the patio at a seaside resort.

I've now had the opportunity to grill all of my favorite meats on the Top Grill, but I can safely say that the supreme test in my book for any grill is to barbecue rack of lamb. And not just one or two racks. I've now done lamb three times, each time placing ten racks on the grill. Of course these racks were well marinated, including wine and olive oil. If
this isn't a recipe for a grease fire, what is? Not to worry. The Top Grill gives you all the flame and heat that you need to sear and seal in the natural juices and then cook evenly until the desired degree of doneness without phoning 911 for the rural fire auxhillary! I'm no longer afraid to leave the grill and walk back into the kitchen. The results are fantastic, as my latest guests tell me that they thought they were dining in a high class restaurant.

After years of barbecuing we all eventually discover that the key to success is to balance the the char-grilled barbecued taste while retaining juiciness. We've all had our disapointments when we sat down to beautifully branded meats only to discover that they were too dry . This is where the Top Grill excels and why I can commend the makers of this grill for designing a grill that can gives you juicy meats with all of the true barbecued taste.

Paul, thanks again for making the babecuing science into an art that everyone can enjoy.

Best Regards,

It has been a couple of months or so since I took delivery of my new Queen Mary grill. I've been rather silent until now, so perhaps Paul was wondering if Canadians hibernate in summer! No way , aye ! Seriously folks, the Ironworks does make the Top Grill. Sure, there are number of prestige products on the market with a similar quality appearance, and
endless features and add-ons. I've used some of these myself and compared to home superstore barbecues, they're great. Then there's Top Grill. What can I say? Let's just say that it's like graduating from being a short order cook to that of a master chef. You feel like you've entered the big league for the first time and everything else you've cooked on , no matter how good, was minor league.

Why is this? Well, first step up to this stainless steel beauty that bristles with industrial quality that you'd identify with a commercial kitchen. Oh, I know what you're thinking, you've seen a dozen different makes that look like that. But then, fire it up and , voila, you see a symphony of fire that makes the others seem like the average barbecue.
But just in case it sounds like your steaks will burn to a crisp, relax! Yes - that's the word - relax. Something that in 25 years of barbecuing, I've never been able to do. That's because most of us have had to compromise between low flame and grease fires, and therefore became firemen more than we became chefs. A bit of an exaggeration, no doubt, but I'm sure most serious barbecue enthusiasts know that a high flame often results in a frantic effort at damage control. Not too relaxing. But barbecuing should be enjoyable and that's where Iron Works excels. The fire pit is massive and deep, the grates are large and heavy, and the flames are what you've seen in high end restaurants and Pacific beach resorts. Once fired up, you place your steaks, chicken, or chops on the grate over the big flames and just when you would be breaking into a feverish sweat on most other grills, you relax, because the the high heat creates tongues of fire that lick the steak but never engulf it in an
inferno. The result - the juiciest steak you can imagine, whether it's rare or medium-well done, because the searing without burning, seals in the juices.

The ultimate test is my personal favorite, marinated rack of lamb. and, as most will know, even the highest quality lamb racks, will drop a lot of fat. Add to that a Mediterranean marinade that includes red wine and olive oil and you know you risk a series of grease fires. We've now done rack of lamb four times on the Top Grill, and what a treat. Just the right amount of flare-up. Quite obviously, more than one would expect from a New York strip loin, but last week I grilled ten racks at the same time, and the flames were so controlled, that I could go inside without rushing back to put out a fire.

It may seem like a long time coming, but I want to thank everyone at Iron Works for a great product. Incidentally, I recall something about selecting a name for the grill. I would think Bertha might suit ours.

Dear Paul and Erin,

After 1 year with the grill, I now find my guests disappointed if I am not grilling their meal. My OCD-24 grill performs wonderfully. I have been able to grill meats and fish as good or better than many restaurants. The high BTUs and heat capability makes cooking the juiciest and most tender steaks, poultry, pork, and fish very easy.

I recently (July 4, 2001) grilled some 4 lb lobsters, and they came out very good. I first boiled the lobsters for only a couple minutes, to get that nice red shell, and also to add moisture so that they would not dry out on the grill. I then grilled over direct heat for about 4 minutes
on each side, and then finished with indirect cooking. Their shells came out a little blackened or charred, but the lobster was good.

I plan on more experimentation. in the future. I have attached a picture of the lobsters as I placed them on the grill.

Thanks for a great grill and all the enjoyment I am able to get from it.

I have never had so much fun cooking.

Sincerely,
Lee Luft

Paul,
You were right. Not only are my friends jealous, but they are now perusing your web site to purchase their own IronWorks grills.... The story goes something like this. Just before Christmas 2000 I decided it was time to treat myself right and shop for a new grill. I had just refurbished my Sunbeam for the 3rd time in 6 years and had had enough. I live in the Northeast and I grill year round - I move my grill right up to the sliding deck doors to grill all winter long. The Sunbeam (40,000btu) just couldn't handle it. Asking all my friends their recommendations I was set on a Ducane. One visit to your site and one conversation later (with yours truly) I was convinced - the OPM-24 was the perfect grill for me. I ordered it that day.

Now here's where the story gets interesting. The Northeast had experienced snowstorm after snowstorm. For one reason or another I didn't get my grill, on to my deck, until roughly the end of March. After explaining to all my friends the deal I got from IronWorks and how excited I was to be getting my grill, they wanted to see results. I explained the delivery delays because of the snowstorms, I explained the delay in getting the grill onto my deck because I alone could not lift it - they were tired of the excuses and they made fun of me for not having anything 'grilled' to show for it for such a long period of time. So in March, one more conversation with you on the proper way of setting up the grill and it's been non-stop grilling ever since.

You told me they would be jealous and they are. After hearing my grilling stories just about every other day for months at work, from Vegetables to Roasts to Fish, they have had enough of me and my new grill. The end of the story is, my co-worker who sits next to me is receiving his Queen Mary this week.

Another co-worker, who investigates things to death, is lining up to order a new grill soon. I received a call from a lawyer, who happens to be my bosses good friend, requesting information about the grill I have so I filled him in on 'the best grills available' - I expect he will be ordering as well. You might even be talking to him now. And lastly, one other co-worker from New England has praised all the items he has reviewed on your web site - keep up the good work - this is one satisfied customer.

PS - I'll be calling soon for the password to the TopGrill recipes.

Oh, by the way, her name is Brandy. The name is self explanatory. Not only is the food cooked to perfection, but it is absolutely beautiful to present as well.

I'd like to send photos to you....so if you let me know what kind and how...I'll send them in. You were a big help Paul in the purchase and I'm so glad I stumbled across your web site.....but if you hadn't been so helpful to my husband and I.....we might not have proceeded....but we are so very glad we did. Look forward to hearing from you soon...thanks and have a great day (it's getting ready to rain here in Chicago).....Gail

Paul

Wow what a cooking machine this grill is!!! We did receive it in time for the Memorial Day cookout and I think we have created an annual monster.

In my rookie attempt we had 12 chicken halves, 12 dogs, 10 burgers, 2 racks of ribs and some sausage. The pressure about cooking that much food at one time was enough, but I had a battery of men standing around in a semi circle behind me watching how I was cooking and at the same time marveling at the grill! The outcome was fabulous...everyone raved about how moist the chicken and ribs were. I could not believe it myself...no more frisbee chicken.

We have truly enjoyed the food that comes off of this grill. The vegetables, squash, and especially asparagus are wonderful!

Thanks again for creating a wonderful cookin' machine! It does make a difference!

They called me at home concerned that I didn't know that I requested the order to be shipped AIR - to advise me that it would cost $15.00 extra (I knew that I requested the overnight - it was a gift for Father's Day).
They were genuinely concerned about the extra cost. I myself work within the Customer Service realm (I'm an Administrative Assistant to a Vice President for a large cruise line) and understand that any "little step" towards an extra effort, can mean the world to someone else.

Dear Paul:

I wanted to thank-you for your excellent customer service. I know you
hear it often from what I see on your web site. I called you about 2
months ago right after my husband and I built our dream house and I
decided I wasn't poor enough and wanted to add an "outdoor living
room"...not just a fancy grill but a fireplace and built in grill (I got
that idea from your web site as well). Needless to say my husband does
not want me looking at your web site anymore I get too many ideas.

I appreciate your time and patience knowing that I am not ready to order a
grill right now, right away. I think many people in your industry wouldn't
give "shoppers" the time of day once they realize they are not making an
immediate sell. I don't think you handled me any differently knowing that
I am not financailly ready as you would have if I told you I will be
ordering my grill today.

Because of your customer service I will not even look at another grill or
company. My contractor was at the house last night encouraging me to go to
a grill company in Wake Forest NC that has "everything" he said. He was
trying to tell me having a grill shipped would be very expensive. I told
him "nope, I know where I am getting my grill".

I just wanted to thank-you again... I can't wait for the project to get
started and will keep you posted with pictures etc...thanks again,

Dear Paul,

Here is the promised photograph of me with my arm around my super new
grill. I must say, it has taken me a little bit to adjust my cooking
habits to allow for such a versatile grill . . . I have grilled steaks to
perfection, roasted whole chickens, grilled fish, grilled sausages,
roasted peppers and made pasta, red beans and even Sauce Hollandaise on
the side burner. EVERYTHING comes out perfectly without being burned, a
relatively new experience for me. You are not exaggerating about the
grill's capabilities; I only wish I had bought it earlier. Tonight I am
doing stir-fry in the new wok from IronWorks . . .

Thanks for your repeated guidance and recipe advice. Hooking up to natural
gas proved to be ideal, and I roll the grill out for cooking and cleaning
every day, so the wheels are perfect. You have a great product with great
customer service, long may you prosper!

Hi Paul,

Thank you for all your help and your customer service is excellent and we love our new pot rack.

We finally finished remodeling the kitchen. It was originally a horrid seafoam green with a mixture of tin and pressboard cabinets, and where you see the pot rack standing next to the counter, there was a wall between the kitchen and dining room which we removed. The countertops were a beige Formica, and the floors were a brick patterned linoleum.

There was a sad ceiling fan for lighting. Now we've got track lights above the granite counter, that really nice light fixture over the sink, a skylight and hardwood floors. I had actually intended to get a ceiling pot rack, but there wasn't anywhere where it really would have fit and looked like it belonged there. I first saw the standing pot rack at the Carson Pirie Scott, and I thought that looked just like what I wanted, but they weren't selling them there, they were just using it as a display rack. All hail the mighty internet!

Thanks!

I need a weather cover... Again, I love my grill. We have not had four days in a row where something hasn't been cooked on it. My wife is always asked, "What should we bring for Dave to grill?" Her answer is always the same. "You kill it and he'll grill it!"

Different members of my family now own four of your grills, and everyone is very happy with their superior performance. Our grill uses natural gas. Dear Paul,

I would just like to thank you and your Co. for providing me with the best Bar-B-Q I have ever bought. As an Aussie living in America, I have a lot of pressure put on me, by my friends, to prove that we really do know how to cook.

About a year ago, I got your 36"  5 jet stainless steel model ,with the side burner, and I would just like you to know I couldn't be happier. The price was at least $1,000 better than any comparable grill and I have not had problem one since I set it up.

Your organization is tops with me, and will highly recommend you to anyone interested in a quality Bar-B.

Thanks a lot mate.

Dear Paul,

I really appreciate the time and information you have given to me.

I am having a cook area built off the breakfast room (have talked aboutbut didn't know it would be started tomorrow! I knew that I was changing an existing window to a double French door but my builder is available now!!).

Yesterday I went to my locale Home Depot Design Center (2nd one in Atlanta area) along with my husband and our contracter and looked at Thermador & Viking grills.

I then came home to check the internet re: products and prices for gas grills. I came across your web site, liked what I saw and called you. I was very relieved to talk to someone that I felt was extremely competent in their field and I NEED HELP!!! I am trying to design, plan, and choose materials for this new room with a couple of days notice!

As you know the contractor (Rick) showed up this A.M. and I told him about your grill. We called you (again) and as before you gave GREAT customer service and advise!! I feel 100% confident that not only am I getting a quality product but your customer service is unbeatable!

That is why I ordered a grill (that I have neither heard of or seen!) before we hung up. I look forward to receiving the catalog even though I have already given you my order! I can hardly wait for it to get here!

Your new customer,
Janiece

P.S. Wish I felt as confident about the other decisions being made!!

Dear Paul:

I purchased a Queen Mary 36" grill from you last February. Over the years, I have been a wood cooking kind of guy and was really concerned about using a gas grill and trying to achieve the same results. After a number of conversations with you, I purchased our grill. I have to tell you, that I have been really satisfied with your product and it has performed as you said it would. In fact I just had the best brisket that I have ever had, cooked on your grill. The old wood smoker is a thing of the past with me.

Thanks again

Dear Paul and Erin:

dillman.jpg (46416 bytes)Well, we finally got the backyard "family room" all done. And, we got the grill fired up and use it nearly every night. We are so spoiled having grilled vegetables all the time!

Thanks for all your help along the way. You guys were right - this thing does cook absolutely great! Here's a picture of the grill in its new home. But, I must say, it was all worth the wait. The grill is wonderful and we are glad we selected your product.

Hi Paul,

We talked yesterday, at length, as I committed to purchase my new 36" Queen Mary! Finally, on the last day of "summer" my order is in!! After many months of research, I feel that your product is the only one for me.

Even as you guided me through the particulars, with the warmth not usually shown in the corporate world today, I felt fortunate to have found Ironworks! Thank you, for being so informative and sharing a bit of yourself, your town, and your company.

Here is a "joke" I think you will get a smile from. Enjoy.

There was a Scottish tradesman, a painter called Jack, who was very interested in making a pound where he could. So he often would thin down his paint to make it go a wee bit further. As it happened, he got away with this for some time.

Eventually the Catholic Church decided to do a big restoration job on one of their biggest churches. Jack put in a painting bid and because his price was so competitive, he got the job. And so he set to, with a right good will, erecting the trestles and putting up the planks, and buying the paint and...yes, I am sorry to say, thinning it down with the turpentine.

Well, Jack was up on the scaffolding, painting away, the job nearly done, when suddenly there was a horrendous clap of thunder. The sky opened and the rain poured down, washing the thin paint from all over the church and knocking Jack far off the scaffold to land on the lawn.

Now, Jack was no fool. He knew this was a judgment from the Almighty, so he fell on his knees and cried, "Oh, God! Forgive me! What should I do?"

And from the thunder, a mighty Voice spoke, "Repaint! Repaint! And thin no more!"

Dear Paul,

A GREAT BIG CAJUN WELCOME
It has been 60 days since I received my OCB-36 and I would like to give you a report from deep in Cajun Country, where we take all our cooking very seriously. First of all, welcome to Louisiana, I am proud to say that your product is certainly complementary to lifestyles here and will be a great benefit to our economy. I have lost count of the times and uses over the last 2 months that I have used my Topgrill but let me tell a few tales. I have grilled everything from Hot Dogs to Filet Mignon. I have even used my side burner for frying fish to making a seafood stock for Gumbo (still a little to warm to cook Gumbo now) and Courtbouillons. With Teal season fast approaching, I am looking forward to some pot roasted stuffed Teal. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer. I signed up for the newsletter but still not have received an issue and would like to have a nice catalogue so I can see some of your other products as well as show my friends. Thanks again for such a fine product and come down and visit us in Cajun Country.

Happy Grilling,

Dear Paul:

Since receiving the OCB-24 Top Grill, we have enjoyed the outstanding results. The steaks cook great and the clean up is very easy with the stainless steel. Love the large wheels for moving the grill from deck to patio and the entire grill is very well built. Looking forward to Years of great eating....

Dear Wonderful People at The Ironworks,
I just wanted to write and thank you for your excellent service and product. My husband purchased the beautiful oval grape leaf pot rack  for me for our anniversary. I saw it online, adored it. Your service was so friendly and prompt! The pot rack came and it was even better  than I had imagined. It is so well done and just gorgeous! We get lots of compliments on it. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are.

Thank you,

Editor's note: Sean Moorehead wrote to us because he needs to replace a burner, the first maintenance he had to do on his Top Grill model OCB-36-CB. He even sends along a photo of it, which doesn't look bad at all for a grill built in 1985!!

This grill was built before the 17 inch side shelves, the widest in the industry, became standard on the Top Grill from the Iron Works.

hall-2.jpg (173826 bytes) Dear Paul,
Here is our new grill, (purchased fall of 1998 and we finally got the deck built and grill "installed" last summer - still working on getting the main gas line to it).

Pick and use any you would like to... and the grill is GREAT!  Everyone who comes over is absolutely fascinated by it! And the food  that comes off of it is absolutely amazing - you'd think I had gone to culinary school!

Thanks again for a great product!

Dear Paul

Dear Paul:

I purchased my Iron Works gas grill 7-8 years ago and it is wonderful. Living in Alaska, the grill produces enough heat to cook during those cold winter nights. I purchased the grill from Sterling Tool Rental, here in Sterling.

Thanks for everything

Hi Paul:

Enjoying my new grill but have lots to learn! I need you to send me the knob for the side burner which was omitted from the shipping order and thanks in advance.

Incidentally, we live 70 miles due east of Atlanta(Reynolds Plantation) so put us on your potential stop overs for a visit and cooking demonstration.

Dear Paul,

When I took my opm24 out of its crate I did not know what to expect. It looked rather spartan. I hooked it up and fired it up.

After about ten minutes I realized I had something special.I had some serious heat at my control. The rest is history. I have tried so many different things on this grill. I recently cooked a half baby goat using indirect heat method, it was tender and juicey. Ive done the same with a half turkey and a half baby lamb with the same results. Baby back ribs, chicken, burgers, dogs, sausage, all cook great but I have to say that this grill is wonderfull for steak.

Thanks Paul,

Hey Paul,

I just bought one of your built in 36" grills. First let me tell you that I am in retail, and it was a treat to find you exceed my expectations. As a matter of fact, I am so used to poor service that I found myself following up with your customer service department, when I didn't need to. The grill was less than the price on the net, it showed up early, and you gave me a free cover!

Outstanding!
