Happy E-Mail II

Dear Paul, Erin, and all:

My wife and I are very happy with the grill you helped to custom build   to our specs. The old grill  has  gone on to  better days at Salvation Army!! We have cooked on the grill just about every night since it came in a week ago yesterday. My wife and I have done  chicken, burgers, vadalia onions, veggies, potatoes, steaks, and the cat...  no just kidding. It is great and we are extremely, extremely happy.

From very satisfied customers, we are looking forward to a continued   relationship. By the way, when you have the items (smoker box, t-shirt,  long match, lava rock) which Aaron and I spoke of... we can use them.

Best regards,

I purchased one of your first lp grills about 10 years ago from Westerman's supply in  Worcestor Mass. It's wonderful and I won't be without it, but I would like to replace the heating  elements 5-6. This model is all stainless with a shelf in the front.

Thank-you

(Webmaster's note: Yep, once in a while you will need a part, which we stock for all our grills! They're guaranteed "nose to toes" for the first five years. That's about the time cheap grills are falling apart.)

Paul,

Just a quick note - All is well. The first meal was a whole chicken [Great]. The second was baked potatoes and steak. Again easy and the steaks were the best I had ever made? The next real test will be on Thursday when my mother-in-law will be here. Rack of Lamb with ?

Thank you VERY much,

Dear Paul,

About four years ago, we bought your 8' barbeque for our catering  company. We have had great use from it, doing anything from company   picnics to weddings, and cooking anything from hot dogs to a whole pig   (twice)! We have the rotisserie as well. The fire department and other  local groups often borrow the barbeque for charity fund raising events.

Unfortunately, the last time it was borrowed, two of the grills were   lost. We would like to know the cost of replacing these. We would also  like to know if yu have a "flat top" for this barbeque,  and if so the cost of this as well. We have been asked to do a charity  pancake breakfast in a park on July 1. We would appreciate any help you  can give us.

Good morning,

I spoke to Dr. Berk*.* for about an hour while his patients were accumulating outside. His nurse cut the conference short when she evidently realized that talking to a lawyer doesn't necessarily mean talking about law. I tried to explain that in deciding to size a grill that you need to take the absolute maximum that you possibly could ever use under any concievable situation onder the canopy of heaven, then add a foot. Parenthetically, the good Doctor seemed to be hung up on brand names like DCS so I offered give him my neighbors number ( if he doesn't go topgrill, he can surely buy a sometime used DCS for cheap).

Last night I cooked on a 36inch barbeque for the first time since since I put in my Grill. I would sooner have proctoscopy than to suffer though that again

Hope that all is well. If you get a chance check into our soccer website at www.wolvessoccerclub.org . They made me president at meeting that I missed.

Gladly Grilling

Paul,

I don't know which of your accomplishments is greater:

1. Talking me through the set up my new grill on Christmas Eve; or

2. Designing these awesome grills of yours.

I will admit that I am grateful for both of them. I know you hear time and time again, what a difference your customers experience in cooking with their new grills, but I just have to add my endorsement as well. It's hard to explain why, but everything I have grilled just turns out better.... from fish, to steaks (beef and pork), to chicken and perfect baked potatoes! And talk about the center of conversation. Nobody, and I mean nobody comes over to our house and doesn't end up talking about the grill, looking at it, dreaming about it, etc.

It drives my wife crazy, but I couldn't be happier. Anyway, all that said, I have friend who is in the market for a new grill, and I have been preaching to him the advantages of your product.

I think he is leaning your way, but he isn't convinced yet. I sent him your web site and phone numbers, and I know if he talks to you, it will put him over the edge. This is truly a good friend, so I don't want him to make a bad mistake and order something else. I'm sure you will take care of him as well!!

Dear Paul

I used my double rib rack for the first time this past Saturday and justwanted to thank you for an outstanding product. My whole family will betalking about this rib dinner for some time to come, and I'll be ticking my co-workers with the left overs I'm having for lunch today. I also love the way the rack fits in my dishwasher for easy clean-up. I'm looking forward to years of great ribs.

Thanks again.

Hi Erin:

Er, ah, I don't mean to sound like some Kool-Aid drinker, but this Top Grill is absolutely the...BEST OF THE BEST. I have a temp guage inside and it reaches 500 to 525 and sometimes 550 in about fifteen minutes.

I had a chance to use my friends DCS a couple of times, after I have used my Top Grill (about 25 times). DCS is nice, however compared to yours it is SECOND RATE. No exaggeration...if yours was in second place I would send it back! Thanks for all your input and, rare in these days, honesty.

All the best!

Paul,

As we speak, I have beef and chicken marinating in fajita seasoning. I would >like to pass an observation on to you. Last week I cooked for my parents on their charcoal grill. The recipe was one I have cooked on my Iron Works gas grill several times. My wife and I noticed that the flavor we >were used to was not there, it was over powered by the "charcoal" taste.

We then discussed that we truly believe with your gas grill we can taste the individual flavors of our different ingredients. In the past we never >noticed >much taste difference in recipes while cooking with charcoal. I thought I would never say it, but gas is better, MUCH BETTER!

Dear Paul

I have to tell you about our weekend experience with our new Top Grill.  Among my friends I am considered a little weird when it comes to BBQ'S.  I don't know why since everyone should have at least seven grills. This  weekend I fired up the new grill and did two butterflied legs of lamb.

I have never gotten as many compliments on a BBQ dinner I've gotten  phone calls e-mails and letters extolling the merits of that cooking  endeavor. While cooking I just had this feeling that with that grill I could do no wrong Thank you for a great product

Dear Paul:
Well, I made the leap...Today, my partner and I decided it was important to buy a new BBQ before the warm summer months arrive.

Last summer we had a few near accidents with our old (pre 1995) Sunbeam BBQ. We thought we could squeeze a few more years out of it and spent some $200.00 in replacement parts (thermometer, handles, regulator, burner, igniter, grates) in effort to breath some life back into our favourite backyard hobby... BBQing.

Shortly after installing all the parts, we fired it up and endeavoured to prepare dinner for a few friends... it wasn't pretty. Only minutes after starting the BBQ (with a butane lighter... the new igniter didn't work) I heard shouting inside the house as everyone pointed toward the BBQ outside. The flexpipe that guided the propane to the burner was defective and it broke away from the burner pushing flames out of the bottom of the BBQ. Thank gawd we were able to shut off the propane tank quickly because the flames were beginning to lick at the hose.

It was this over-heated yet chilling experience that forced us to think seriously about the quality, cost and value of mass-produced consumer branded BBQ's and the dangers of trying to save them from their short-lived life expectancy. It just isn't worth it... after what we experienced, every time we look at those BBQ's in the store now, we just shake our heads and wonder how many people are continuing to waste their money and endanger their lives. The costs add up every time you need to buy another new one and try to maintain it knowing that they are ultimately worthless after any reasonable amount of usage.

Then we found Iron Works. What a sight for smoke-filled eyes! It only took a short time for us to see the difference and understand the real value that is found in an Iron Works Grill. Simple, practical and well-designed were our first thoughts. But, being sceptical and careful consumers, we proceeded to compare your grills to others that exist on the market and it always lead us back to the Iron Works grill. The only hurdle in our minds was the price. An Iron Works grill costs more than we were accustomed to paying for a BBQ and much more than the average department store sticker price.

It was a struggle to make the final decision. We were adamant around the importance of spending our money wisely. We added up all the money wasted on buying sometimes cheap and sometimes expensive department store BBQ's, replacement parts and the aggravation that accompanied the endless hours of frustration when we had everything ready to go for a BBQ only to find out that the BBQ was ready to go to the dump. When we compare the cost, quality, value and workmanship of your grill to the others, the Iron Works Grill was the only "wise" choice for us cost-conscience consumers.

So here we are... just west of Toronto, Canada ...with 5 more inches of snow on the ground (it's mid-March) waiting for our new BMD-36 Iron WorksGrill to arrive within the next week so that we can get a jump-start on the long awaited summer. We've already got a space shovelled clear in our backyard for the arrival date and we even had a permanent gas-line installed just for our new Top Grill. Our local municipal department has a recyclingprogram for items like BBQ's and they will be picking up our old BBQ as soon as possible.

We've shared our good fortune and the news of our purchase with a few neighbours and they are all anxious to share in our excitement... of course there may be a cost of admission to the grand unveiling of our new grill... they may just have bring along a few thick-cut t-bones!

Thank you for creating the only BBQ that is worthy of being called a Top Grill... what an appropriate name!!!

PS. We'll send along a picture of our old grill and our new grill as soon as we have them both side-by-side!

Sincerely,

Dear Paul,

I bought a 36" TopGrill pedestal cooker (with all the extras) about 8 months ago. Since them, I have cooked everything from turkeys to meat loaf on that BadBoy and I gotta tell ya'--that's the BEST cooker on the market today! I am so glad I discovered your webpage, which, incidentally, was quite by accident.

An old friend of mine is building a house near me and wants an outdoor grill. Of course, I sent him your web address and told him to spend some time going over it (there's a lot to see there). While reviewing it, myself, I noticed that your online cookbook is offered free to anyone who has spent $50 or more at your company. Since I have more than gone over that limit, will you please send me the necessary password and login name. (Webmaster's note: done!) so that I may access the great secrets within?

Many thanks.

Bill and Trish Rough with their Iron Works patio trellis, as they waited for the delivery of their Top Grill.

Paul,

It's Friday morning and Trish and I are eagerly waiting for the arrival of our new grill. The trucking company said they would be here about 10 to noon today.

I would like to thank you for the time that you spent showing us your factory and explaining the Ironworks grill. What a super company and a super company family you have. For all companies to be so blessed, however I'm sure that it is a reflection of what you put into the company.

Trish and I spent a lot of time talking about you and your family on the drive back to Keller.

Paul, how do I get access for the recipe link on your site. If it is as great as everything else I have observed about you, can't wait to see how many pounds I will be putting on with our new grill.

I'm sure I will be writing you more looking for pointers with the new grill, but I've taken enough of your time for now.

God bless and take care.

Dear Paul,

You may remember me ordering the giant "Queen Mary" gas grill as a surprise birthday present for my professional chef husband. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. Great service! Anyway, you may also remember me saying that we were building a new house that won't be ready for a couple of months yet. We decided to have the grill delivered to our friend's business until we get into the new house, since we have no room for it here at the condo. Good news is, we may be selling another grill for you since everyone who walks into our friends store and sees the "Queen" wants one!

My husband is absolutely thrilled but won't be able to use it until we move (the bad news). He's so thrilled with the new grill, he made a few last minute changes to the house to add a concrete pad to the back porch so she can have a home of her own. We can't wait to use her.

My husband was even thinking about opening a store to sell your products here in Naples, Florida. That may be a little premature, since we haven't used her yet, but we'll keep you posted. Thanks so much for the birthday goodies you sent to him. He was very pleased, and you know how that goes, if he's happy, the rest of the family is happy too. We'll keep in touch.

THANKS FOR THE PACKAGE. I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK ABOUT THE SAUCES.   I HAVE COOKED TWO MEALS USING YOUR BOMBAY RUB AND THEY TURNED OUT  FANTASTIC. ONE MEAL WAS FOR MY PARENTS, AND THEY WERE VERY IMPRESSED  WITH THE CHICKEN AND THE GRILL. IN THE TWO MONTHS I'VE HAD THE GRILL, I  HAVE COOKED AT LEAST TWENTY MEALS. ANYTHING FROM "SAMMY HAGAR CHICKEN"  TO BUTTERNUT SQUASH. IT ALL TURNS OUT WONDERFUL. AND WHY NOT, I HAVE  COMPLETE CONTROL WHEN COOKING ON YOUR (MY) GRILL. YES , I'M THE GUY THAT  HELD OUT WITH CHARCOAL FOR YEARS, AND NOW I'M A GAS GRILL CONVERT. YOU  CAN'T BLAME ME THOUGH, I KEPT LOOKING AT THOSE WAL- MART SPECIALS AND   KNOWING THAT JUST WASN'T GOING TO GET IT! Dear Paul,

I am an estactic owner of an opm-24 grille from you. I am still learning how to cook on it. It is fantastic. I have told everyone about it and shared many cookouts with friends. One friend in particular is going to use your built in to contruct his own. My only complaint is he got a great T-shirt that I don't have! He cooks on his current weber cheapie with his great looking TopGrill T shirt and I have to cook in my "i'm with stupid" t-shirt. Could I please get a TopGrill T-shirt? Dear Iron Works:

First things first. I love my grill. I don't remember the model number, ut it is red powder coat with stainless top, five burners across and a kick a-side burner. My wife and I had a party for 40 a while back and prepared about 50 pounds of boiled crawfish.....The side burner worked nonstop, like a charm, for about three hours straight. Additionally, I recently cooked steaks, chicken and duck on my grill at the same time.

So far I am the envy of the neighborhood. Your grill has persuaded three people I work with to purchase a grill from you. They as well as I, are very impressed with the way the grill cooks. I am going to the LSU-Georgia game in October in Athens. We plan to tailgate with the grill. Will have pictures.

I am also going to purchase your newest invention, the 6 pack rib rack holder. This will definitely compliment the grill. Keep up the excellent work and thanks for all the help with the grill. I promise I will send a picture soon.

Dear Paul,
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the time you spent with me in your plant a couple of weeks ago. The cooking instructions were very helpful. I started cooking for the first time that Saturday. First I made ribs with the new rib rack that I purchased while I was there. According to our guests, they were the best I'd ever made. Sunday, I cooked fresh halibut on the fish grate. It came out perfect-moist, flaky and tender.

Monday evening I grilled butterfly pork chops-wonderful!  This past Sunday we had cheeseburgers and Tuesday a pork tenderloin. Everything has come out great. I originally bought this grill to replace an old charmglow that I used as a backup for when there was'nt time to mess with charcoal. Well, the revered charcoal grill has now been moved to a storage area to finish out its days unless and until some nostolgic yen for charcoal takes me over one day. I hope that I lay down until the feeling goes away.

Love the grill. Hope to see you all again soon.

Paul,
Thank you for all your help and personal attention in setting up the grill. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. For the "cooking challenged" like my wife and I, it was a godsend. We used the grill 4 times in the last week.

JimGallagher.jpg (36237 bytes)This comes from a couple who were eating at home an average of twice a month before the grill. Enclosed is a picture of me with the old Weber. I will send along a picture with the Ironworks grill this weekend.

I did want to point out that unfortunately, keeping all four burners on for ~90 minutes during our first use did slightly warp the back plate on the grill, particularly in the area of the left "vent hole" (looking from the back of the grill). The good news is that it is not obvious unless you look directly at it. I'm a bit depressed about it, but that was my mistake. Darn!

The only other issue is the "stainless steel" cookbook that we ordered, which I think is currently out of stock. We are "making due" with the 'Gas Grill Gourmet' that you sent along. I can't wait to try out your recipes. We are having a large group of friends over for a barbecue on labor day. They won't know what to do when we offer them something cooked at home as opposed to takeout.

Thanks again,

Dear Paul:
Yep, another EXTREMELY satisfied customer. My wife and I got our OPM24 about 2 months ago and are still amazed at how much we love it. We have a nickname for it. We call it 'The Ultimate'. It started as a joke with the friends and relatives when we were getting ready to cook something up.

We would cook up an Ultimate meal on the Ultimate grill. Our 5 year old son even asks what we're cooking tonight on 'The Ultimate'. We had 3 grills in the 11 years of our marriage and I don't think we used them as hard combined as we have used this grill just this summer. People can't believe we paid $1,000 for a grill but after they see what it can do with Vegetables(which is new to us on a grill) and chicken without burning, their attitude is changed. Just wanted to say thank you for a great product.

Dear Paul,
Received my grill yesterday 7-26-99, I thank you for getting it out before I went on vacation. I unboxed it but I don't think that I will be able to get it fired up prior to leaving on vacation on Wednesday. Too many things to do! All my buds stopped by the house and I got all the jellous looks from them last night. When I do get it fired up it will be hard to keep them away. They wanted me to fire it up last night but I had to chase them off with a stick so to leave me alone. I'm very excited about the grill and can't wait to use it.

Dear Paul,

I'm really cooking now! I have used the grill several times during the last week since you gave me the adjustment pointers. In the last ten days,  we have had steak, the requisite hamburgers and hot dogs, duck a l'orange, salmon fillets, and this weekend, a seafood extravaganza of steamed  lobsters, grilled jumbo shrimp and swordfish steaks. All have been perfect.

I love having the side burners. I never knew what I was missing before  I had them.

My wife, Michele, got a kick out of the side burners when I was able to  steam the lobsters and make coffee after dinner with my 1940's vacuum coffee  pot (I'm old fashioned when it comes to coffee). My father said the grill was a work of art and very well made. Everyone agreed the heating of  the grill surface was unbelievably even. The side burners are also  great for roasting marshmallows. My daughter, Sharon, took the before and after pictures of me.

I'll be back in touch soon. Using the grill keeps the house cooler during  the summer and I just love using it almost every other night.

Sincerely,

If my grill is not the ugliest, certainly my  picture is the cutest -- meaning the ray guns and their bullets, not me,  of course. Jem, by the way, will sleep anytime, anywhere (the truth being, Labs just don't photograph well). Anyway, we are firing up the  grill tonight. Cliff is going to call you again tomorrow. So far, we love how it looks. Have no doubt we'll love how it cooks.

Dear Paul:
I received your grill a few weeks ago and must agree, it's the best I've ever used - everything comes out great and nothing burns. It's amazing others manufacturers haven't caught on to your multiple controlled burner style grills.

I really am thrilled with the grill and would like to thank you again for your excellent product and your second to none, customer service. In fact please add a wok set to my sidekick cart order.

Thank you very much

I recently purchased your built in natural gas unit to replace an aging and rusting unit that was probably 15-20 years old. What a difference!

Your grill went in without a hitch and works great. Even the filler strip that was custom bent went in with no problems. It fit like a glove (Thanks Paul). I didn't realize how bad the other unit was until I started cooking with your grill. It allows me to cook like a pro. I must say that my experience with your company was wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Debbie and I are enjoying our new grill finally!!! We love it - First time we are able to get the steak I love -- burned on the outside and blood red on the inside. Of course, you'll have to pay my doctor bills for "Mad Cow disease!"

Hope you are doing well in this HOT weather. Used my new sideburner yesterday. Boy does it put out some heat! Amazed my wife on how fast it brought the water to boil for the corn. As I was sweltering in the combined days 100 deg temp plus my "Tim the Toolmans" manly grill ( not my words, but my brothers ) remembered I forgot to let you know the burner arrived. Sorry about that. I'll be back to you soon.

Dear Paul:

It was a pleasure speaking with you this morning. As I mentioned, I fired the grill up the other day a cooked 5 slabs of ribs, low and slow. I took a half slab to my neighbors and asked to trade for some of the lemons that grow on our mutual back yard tree. He said they were the best that he has eaten and if I gave him some more, I could have the whole tree.....

I hope that you will come visit us in Ft Meyers and play some Florida golf.

Looking for years of cooking enjoyment

Paul,
I missed you at the office, but wanted to give you an up-date on the inaugural launch of our grill "... this puppy flat cooks. Started with peppers, red onion, mushrooms and garlic (lots) in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and stirred fried them in my BBQ basket. The grill shoots flame through the basket and did a perfect job on them. Took half the time compared to the Weber with better results. I then turned valve #1&2 off, put the veggies in a bowl over the left burners where they remained perfectly warm, cranked #3&4 full blast and cooked the T-bones.

It was very windy so left them on about 4 min./side and they where still a bit cold inside so popped them on for about 2 more min. and went inside to cork a bottle of wine = mistake!! When I came back, I literally "fried" the edge of one steak and the other one was fine. There is so much power that one must stay on top of it or you will end up with steak powder in the grease tray!! Better to have controllable power than a weak source of heat that you can do nothing about, but wait... The fire box appears to be well protected from the wind as the flame is quite steady with the lid down. When the lid is up the flame dances around as you would expect.

Maybe that moment of inattention and the wind adjusting the flame a bit zapped the edge of one of the cows...anyway the end result was great! I did, by the way, put in the lava rock and that works great as a heat-sink and was able to cross-fired the burns with ease.

Thanks,

Dear Iron Works,

I purchased a 36" deluxe grill (BMK-36, invoice # 10611) on March 18, 1999.

I put it into operation for my first big gig (actually two in one day) this past Saturday June 19. I found that it worked well, in that I served over 200 burgers & hot dogs in three hours. Then I wheeled the hot BBQ across the courtyard (something I couldn't do with my old equipment) and served 100 steaks and 100 chickens. The built in bain marie was fantastic!!!

Dear Paul:

kirshner-2.jpg (54977 bytes)I just got the grill on Tuesday evening (special thanks to Erin) and was cooking Wednesday's dinner on the grill without more than about an hour to unwrap & set it up. After only using it one time I am looking forward to trying new items that we haven't cooked outdoors on other grills. I am impressed with not only your product but, your company. Keep up the good work and I'll continue to rave about your grill. I had to take pictures of the grill in action.

I currently have one of your 48" grills, it's about 7 years old and getting alittle tired. I'm very interested in purchasing another commerial grill for my catering company. If you could please send me some current info on comerial - portable grills and accessories. By the way, I'm a very satisfied customer, and your product has held up very well under extreme conditions. Thank you,

Hello again Paul
Thought I'd get a quick note off to tell you that a box was waiting for me when I got home from work yesterday. Thanks for following up and I am ready to fire up the BEAST.

The first dish we will be lobsters on the sideburner. We have a tradition with 3 other couples to do lobster on Valentines Day. Our kids delayed this event with their basketball schedules, but we will make up for it next week.

The next meal will be brats followed by "Dubuque Steaks". I'll be well on my way to the "Grilling Nirvana" with the whole summer still ahead of me.

Thanks again

Hello Paul:
We received the pot rack yesterday and wow it works really well for us. Kevin got it put up right away and it is completeley filled and looks very impressive and professional, we can't thank you enough. Also, we love the raspberry sauce its great. We'll send you a pic by snail mail soon.

Paul have you considered every builing a home replacement range top. With the emphasis being put on professional cookware in home kitchens, Ironworks style looks and quality to any home especially ours. We would enjoy having an Ironworks 30 to 36" range top as a reasonably priced alternative. Thanks again and we wish you and your family have a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

Can't tell you how much I've enjoyed meeting you by phone and Internet. While I have yet not recieved my new grill I know from your caring attitude that I will be extremely pleased and that I will become a loyal fan and customer.

I run a rather large company and I fully appreciate the benefits of having a customer oriented operation. You have obviously taken customer satisfaction to a new plateau. I look forward to doing more business with you and recommending you to my friends.

Dear Mr Faaborg:

I wanted to thank you for sending me the new regulator. It works like a charm-the grill is truly fantastic. I have returned the original regulator to you. You should receive it in a few days.

I also wanted to compliment your company and its products in general. Throughout this entire process (from purchase to delivery to 'repair'), everyone has been exceptionally helpful and friendly. I spent a half hour on the phone talking about the grill before I bought it (sight unseen) . When it arrived last Friday, I was disappointed that it didn't work (a faulty regulator), but one of your folks spent over a half hour on the phone with me trying to fix the problem. When it couldn't be fixed, I had a new part in my hands two days later. I can't tell you how nice it is to interact with people who really understand what customer service is all about.

And, finally, the grill itself. I had spent more money on a VIKING GRILL only a few months previously and was very unhappy with the product. Their customer service was fine, but the product they sold was inferior. Now, having used the two grills side by side, I can tell you that you have a far superior product and a less expensive one to boot. The design and construction of your grill is top notch. I am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

You've got a quality company-friendly, helpful people and a really fine product. A nice combination.
Thanks again.

I went to a party last night that included firing up their BBQ. There were about 30 folks there and your SS grills came up quickly and there were two other folks who had one. One of them had his on his boat and had been talking with you already. We all agreed, Paul is the G (grill) man.

Dear Paul:
My husband and I first spotted your grill at Costco's, we fell in LOVE!!! We have been in the market for a new grill for quite sometime, and nothing was to our liking. We love stainless steel products, and a large powerfull sideburner is a must for using our cast iron wok. "American Made" is a real plus, not to mention that we are from Michigan. All we could find on the market was the same old thing that have failing us for the last 23 years of our marriage. And to think we own "Sunbeam" stock, what a shame! "Thank you"

Dear Paul,

I just had to follow up on an e mail to tell you how absolutley fantastic  your stainless steel grill is. I never cooked such great stuff on a grill before. It's almost immpossible to screw up on it. I usually burn meats, undercook middle, ect. This grill seems to cook things by itself. I would strongly recommend your product to anyone who is considering investing in a lifetime grill.

Dear Paul;

I looked at your new web site and I love it. I have also checked out your competition in stainless steel (Weber, TEC,DCS) now they are really expensive for what you get. Your grills in comparison are not expensive at all.

Here is a story that you should enjoy, my neighbor bought a competitors grill last month. With the rain that we have had, he didn't get a chance to use it until last week. It had already started to rust!!! The whole grill has already started to go! Boy was he steamed.

I am looking forward to start cooking on my new Iron Works OPM-24. Thanks again

Hello, Paul & Erin:

I  thought I would let you know how my grill that I bought from you last year is doing. I would not want to be without it, I have the model OCB-24, it is great, trouble free, easy to clean and big enough to grill a lot of food at once. We had a party last fall and we were able to grill all of the chicken at once and not in little batches. When I see other grills in the stores I have to laugh, I call them girly man grills.Well this grill proved to be of good quality and that was what I was looking for,and I appreciate the recipes that you send once in a while, they are
helpfull, I recommend you guys to everyone that sees my grill.
