The Iron Works (Stockbridge, MI) will be preparing the following foods during demonstrations of its deluxe stainless steel gas grills during the HPA Show Expo in St. Louis, March 20-22. Recipes and directions on preparation will be available at both their indoor booth (#3314) and at their outdoor cooking demo area (#4197). Sampling priority will be unabashedly granted to visitors displaying press badges. APPETIZERS: tomato and grilled bread, shrimp kabobs, barbecued scallops and shellfish delight. VEGETABLES: mixed steamed vegetables, asparagus a la grill, baked potatoes, acorn squash. MAIN COURSE: whole suckling pig, rack of pork with stuffing, 20+ pound turkey, prime rib of beef (these first four entrees are prepared using Roto Convection cooking), chicken breasts, Cornish hens, pork chops, baby back ribs, smoked walleye and salmon. SIDE ITEMS: full and mini loaves of bread (scratch baked on the grill) DESSERTS: cherry pie, apple pie, bananas Foster.
