heat
How much heat? It depends on which width you work with. Each has a different number of burners, and each burner delivers 15,000 BTU per hour of heat (except our optional side burner, which is good for 60,000 BTU/hour). We've produced a handy chart which shows you the amazing production of your Iron Works Top Grill. Even the rather compact two foot grill can produce 124 burgers per hour. That's more than one burger every 30 seconds!
Before we get to the chart, maybe you'd like to see one of our heavy duty commercial grills in operation.
This grill has been in operation at the Brookshire Restarant in Williamston, Michigan. So far, it has cooked over a half million steaks! This is a real commercial cooker, it just keeps on going...and going...and going. And how much does that mean you can cook? Just for fun, take a look! |
