You can use your Iron Works gas grill to cook a 12 pound turkey in about half an hour!
Here's how:
The side burner is lifted out of the side shelf, with a 30
quart stock pot, 4 gallons of oil, and the basket and thermometer in place. The oil is
heated to 370 degrees which takes about half an hour.

The turkey is placed in the lifted strainer basket, which is
then gently lowered into place
The turkey is cooking in the hot oil for 32 minutes
