Hey! Paul's all dressed up!

Cold Boiled Crawfish

Paul says "This was a true Louisiana culinary feast and was enjoyed by all."

Doc Dixon's "men's" Kitchen

They used to be called "cook shacks" but the Doctor certainly doesn't have a shack for his new grills from the Iron Works in his new home in Arkansas.

Now this isn't the main kitchen! It is only the men's BBQ area, outside is the pool and seating for guests. He is planning on really entertaining!

The cooking center consists of a 24" gas grill, 17" 60,000 Btu open burner for boiling, steaming and deep frying, 24" charcoal grill and 17" gas fired slow cooker/smoker. The photo below on the left shows the room before the grill equipment was installed, the photo on the right is the finished room.

 Thanks Mike

Here is Mike Bass and his wife from Memphis, TN who visited the factory on Feb 23, 2001. Mike wanted to see the Top Grills first hand. Mike is a member of a cooking team that has participated in "Memphis in May" since 1977 and won numerous first place awards for their ribs. Mike says the Iron Works Top Grills "Now, these are real grills." and we appreciate his praise.

Mike will be ordering our OCB-24 with sideburner in natural gas.

Paul, pictured in the center (in camo and jeans), gave the Bass family a complete factory tour and presented each of them with their official Mardi Gras Louisiana beads.

Paul says "Ya all come back and visit again!"

Mardi Gras for Linda!

Linda Tate visited our factory outlet store on Februrary 17, to pick up a deluxe BMK-36 open cart grill along with a deluxe 3 basket gas fired outdoor deep fryer.

And, you'll notice she and her brother are wearing Mardi Gras beads!

A deep fryer in Oil City!

Here is W.J. Folick with his friend Ron of Oil City, Louisiana. He is picking up his new BMK-36 with drawer. He also fitted himself with a outdoor deep fryer and 2 high pressure pot boilers.

Wow W.J. is really cooking in Louisiana now!

Tom's cooking

Tom Watts writes, "Excuse the brown on the topgrill. . I don't waste time cleanin' when I can be grillin'.  These two prime ribs were the best yet. . . I yanked em at 115 after two hours and fifteen minutes; They finished cooking in the kitchen sitting on the platter. I served everyone from the red flesh eaters (me) to the sensible Minnesotans ( father-in law) to the grand applause and accolades of all that were present

Best personal regards to your and your family: On the Coast where the sun sets over fiery sky.

Rodger is Ready

Rodger Menozzi writes about his new Top Grill from the Iron Works. "It's GREAT! Used it for EVERY meal we cooked this summer. We developed several favorites as the garden came in. Cooked an acre of corn on the cooker too! Now that it has turned  cooler, we are just  turning it up a notch and keep on cooking."
