Dear Paul,

On behalf of the MSU Concessions Department, I want to write and comment on
your company's products.

In 1991 we purchased three of your stainless steel gas grills for our numerous
events on campus. When our department increased in size in 1995, we
purchased three more grills because of the excellent results we had previously
experienced. The performance of your product can best be described as efficient,
reliable and easy to maintain. Our total experience has been positive! As a result,
we have spread the word of your gas grills to other Universities and
non-University entities, literally across the country.

Notwithstanding the excellent product, the service and maintenance we have
received has been superior. Our every contact with your personal has met or
exceeded our expectations.

Keep up the good work. We are looking forward to purchasing more equipment
from your company in the very near future.
